What We Do With What You Send Us

Short version: we collect what you type into the pre-engagement form, we measure traffic with Google Analytics, and we do not sell or share any of it. The detail is below.

(01) Who we are

This site is operated by Common Ground Ventures, a principal-led collective based in Phoenix, Arizona. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@commonground.ventures, and we answer them ourselves.

(02) What we collect

Only what you hand us, plus ordinary traffic measurement. Nothing else.

  • The pre-engagement form. First and last name, company, title or role, email, and phone if you choose to give it.
  • Email you send us. Every booking button on the site opens your own mail client, so what reaches us is the message you wrote and sent.
  • Traffic measurement. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device type. We do not use it to identify you by name.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal data, and we would rather you did not send them.

(03) Where it goes

Form submissions pass to our customer records system through a secure webhook so that a person here sees them and replies. Analytics data goes to Google. That is the whole list: we do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

If you ask us not to keep your details after a conversation ends, we delete them.

(04) How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our records while a conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off. Analytics data expires on Google's schedule, currently fourteen months. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will.

(05) Your choices

Write to hello@commonground.ventures and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form, no account, no waiting period beyond the time it takes us to read the message.

To block analytics entirely, use your browser's do-not-track or an ad blocker; the site works exactly the same without it.

(06) Cookies

The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies. Everything the site remembers for itself, such as a panel you opened, stays in your browser and never reaches us.

(07) Changes

If this page changes we date the change here. Last updated 13 October 2026.
